Shipping Policy
All orders placed on our store are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping fees are charged at a fixed rate based on destination region:
- Asia: €15 per order
- Central Europe & Australia: €20 per order
- North America: €25 per order
- Northern Europe: €30 per order
Please note that all shipping fees cover transportation only and do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees required by the destination country. Any customs-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover taxes or customs clearance services.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.
If an item has a genuine quality issue, customers may contact us to request after-sales support for a return or exchange. However, all related costs — including return shipping fees, customs charges, import/export duties, and clearance fees — shall be borne entirely by the customer.
All return or exchange requests must be reported to our customer service team in advance. Any package returned without prior authorization may be rejected, and no refund will be processed for unauthorized returns.
